This is a brief clip of a few sheets from an annual report that I delivered to my leadership.

I analyzed 7k positions, 45k candidates, and 13k submittals to our clients using Excel, PostgreSQL, and Tableau.

In summary, this provided insights to our salespeople that will increase job order flow and data on our top tools for sourcing candidates to assist in determining ROI.

2024 Beacon Hill Hourly Rate Guide

I analyzed data related to 44 of our departments, 6,942 positions, and 13,146 candidate submissions dating back to January 2022.

This document provides the strategy and roadmap for 2024 to:

  1. Give our recruiting teams REAL rates to negotiate with and will allow us to be more confident and transparent when discussing compensation with our candidates

  2. Let our recruiting teams know where the strategic growth of their networks this year will be most impactful

2023 Meta Strategic Planning Guide for DEI

I analyzed data over a 22 month period to look at nearly 600 interviews for candidates within the Diversity Recruiting Pipeline. This document gave insights to recruiting teams and leadership on these key areas:

  1. Geographical locations where we have success and struggles to find talent

  2. Companies / industries we have success from

  3. Failures within each stage of the interview process
